NannyMax Guaranteed Service

NannyMax guarantees the highest quality Nannies and the most professional service in the industry, and we put it in writing. We are committed to providing you a pleasant experience and the peace of mind that comes with a great guarantee.

First of all, you can interview as many Nannies as you want until you find the one that suits your family's personal requirements. We receive no fee until your Nanny is selected.
If for any reason your selected Nanny does not work out to your total satisfaction within the first six months of start date, NannyMax guarantees that the Client has the option to repeat The Nanny recruitment process without payment of any further placement fee to NannyMax.
You may replace your Nanny anytime and as many times as you deem necessary during the guarantee period.
If your Nanny is sick or otherwise unable to attend work, we will be happy to provide a replacement Nanny for no additional fee. We know how important the continuity of your child care program is and that schedules are not easily rearranged.
